In This Section

First dialog

Figure 1

Questions required to be answered

Additional dialogs will appear in the left Interview Window depending on how you answer questions. Example, the above photo does not have the "Attorney Information" dialog visible as the photo below. Only after answering yes to the question, “Are these documents being prepared by a law firm or an attorney?” does this dialog appear in the Interview Window.

You may return to review or change answers in any dialog in the Interview Window simply by selecting a dialog . Although, as in the dialog shown in Figure 2 one question is in red, which will prevent you from viewing dialogs below or after the present dialog shown until all questions in red are answered. Questions that require an answer are used sparingly throughout dialogs with the understanding that the user may not have all necessary information at the time of entry. NOTE: You can add a space with the spacebar to continue past a question, which requires an answer. If you find a certain question's requirements are a nuisance please let us know and we will review removing the requirement.

In this interview, you can enter information about each attorney in your law firm. You can also select, edit and add court information. In Figure 2 at the bottom of the dialog window use the "Select" button to add, edit or select attorney, opposing attorney and court information.
