Continuing with this demonstration, we have now completed the Petition for Dissolution for Marriage and the Confidential Information Form (INFO). The next template in the Assembly Queue is the Parenting Plan.  Having completed the interview in the Petition, much of the Parenting Plan is already completed.

Figure 1 shows the first unanswered dialog for the Parenting Plan template. Your options are:

• [ ] the final parenting plan signed by the court pursuant to a decree of dissolution, legal separation, or declaration concerning validity signed by the court on this date or dated ________________________.
