Signature and Dates
Signature and Dates does not have a dialog window but we thought we should explain
how the program determines where to put "Mother's Signature" and "Father's
Signature". If your client is the mother she her signature line will
be on the left and the father on the right as shown in Figure 1. This is determined
by your response in dialog 1.1 Identification
of Petitioner located in the petition.

Notice in the above photo, the signature lines in the Document Preview tab are located
on the right side of the page. The Document Preview tab is just a preview
and not actually, what you get when you send you send your document to Microsoft

Version 7 -Change to
the Self-Support Reserve
Washington State Courts use the self-support reserve to calculate low income limitations
when setting child support. The self-support reserve is 125% of the federal poverty
guidelines.
RCW 26.19.065(2). Washington State uses the poverty guidelines updated periodically
in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 9902(2). The poverty guidelines were updated
in the Annual Update of the HHS Poverty Guidelines, 77 Fed. Reg. 17,4034 - 4035
(January 26, 2012).
