For this demonstration we shall select the following options and review our selections
in Figure 2.
- The order does not replace a prior court or administrative order.
- Automated by program
- The Transfer Amount ordered by the Court from the Order of Child Support is: $_______
to be paid by father.
- The Court deviated (changed) from the Standard Calculation for the following reasons:
[X] Does not apply.
- Income for the father is imputed.
Income for the mother is actual income.
Income was imputed for the following reasons: Respondent is unemployed.
- If applicable: [X] All health care, day care and special child rearing expenses
are included in the worksheets in Part II.
If you followed along in the demonstration of the Petition
for Dissolution of Marriage (PTDSS) dialog , Paragraph
1.2 Identification of Respondent we intentionally did not supply the
Date of Birth for the Respondent thereby allowing us
to view the results in the Document Preview tab. Now, when we select
to impute the father's income, the program requires the father's age to
be able to supply us with the correct amount to be imputed as shown in Figure
2 in red.
Figure 2

We will add "42" to the text box named
Father's Age. By adding the age of the father, the program will supply
line 1. Gross Monthly Income (g.) with the amount of
$2610.00.
In this demonstration, Jane and John Sample have two children, Jenny
and Bill Sample as shown in Paragraph. 1.3
Children of the Marriage Dependent Upon Either or Both Spouses located
in the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (PTDSS)
dialog . The Document Preview tab in Figure 3, "B"
the Standard Calculation shows $929. This amount is calculated
once we selected imputed income for the father and at this point, we have yet to
enter the mother's income. As we continue to answer questions in this
WSCSS Worksheet template, this amount will change.

in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human
