Figure 1 shows the dialog Window requesting an answer
whether you need to use the "Other" paragraph.

Shown in Figure 2, the "Other?" has been answered
"No". Even when there is no user input to a paragraph
the paragraph number and title remains in the documents.

Figure 1 shows a text box added to the dialog when you respond
"Yes" to the question.

Figure 4 demonstrates text added to the text box and shown in the
Document Preview tab.
