Pregnancy dialog

Shown in Figure 1, the dialog presents you with two options and an "Other?" question. By default the program selects "No" for the "Other?" question as shown below; however, you are required to select either the wife is or is not pregnant.

Figure 2 below shows the Document Preview tab after selecting the wife is not pregnant.

Other

When selecting yes to the "Other?" a text box is added to the dialog as shown in Figure 4.
